Well it's been a while since I've played wow. I didn't get to play alot on retail since I don't like spending money on online games so I played for a couple of years on private servers. I played Burning Crusade on many servers like WoWFusion, LastWoW, Wowscape and many more. My main class / character name was Stinger, a retribution paladin. I really enjoyed playing wow but in time I got bored doing the same things everyday. I've met alot of great people during my play time so it wasn't really a waste of time. When I got bored of my paladin I started making new chars, level them and then and get bored of them as well. I was very impatient for Wrath of the Lich King to be launched even though I wouldn't play it on retail ... but I loved the intro of the game with Arthas because I knew the story how Artha got to be the lich king from WarCraft III :D Then when private servers moved to lich king I played on Molten Wow for a few months with some friends from LastWow but the game didn't really attracted me. I decided to stop playing because I was wasting alot of precious time doing quests, raids and battlegrounds ... so I stopped playing wow. I was used to much with Burning Crusade to start playing Wrath of the Lich King. From time to time I go on the forums and login on Burning Crusade severs just to say hi to friends and play a little just not to get rusty. Have any of you played wow ? And which you like best pre TBC, Burning Crusade or Wrath of the Lich King ? Tell me more about on what servers you played, what class etc.

The reason I continue to pay and play this game is because of its storyline. I feel that WoW's story is the best as far as mmorpg is concerned. I also love the intricacies and complexities of the raids and dungeons. Quests are good if you actually read and follow the storyline. If you just do Quest A to get to Quest B or get Item A or just plain get gold or whatnot then you'll get bored immediately.

Yes it really has a fascinating story line. Are you part of the horde or alliance ? And what class are you ?

Hello.I've been playing wow for a couple of years and since i when playing retail i felt a big difference. My first character was a warrior, who i abandoned because it was kinda boring not being able to follow the story of the quests, dungeons and such so i decided to play retail. The next month i bought both The Burning Crusade and Vanilla.Since then i have been playing with a rogue named altaircho on Neptulon EU. I really loved the play style of the class. The good thing about playing on retail was being able to do all the interesting quests, like the one which you help some sprite darters and at the end of the chain you get one as a reward.I really enjoyed that pet.As soon as i hit 70 i tried to do some pvp but it was not that interesting for me ^^.However, making dungeons and raids was another thing.I fell in love with it immediately and haven't stopped doing it still :.A few weeks after wrath hit the stores i bought it and found the new stuff interesting. However, they weren't as interesting as The Burning Crusade.I liked it the most and hope blizzard will make some lvl 70 servers for people like me. :)
