Aw, that's adorable! I love children. I think saying 'congratulations' is such a positive thing. It puts a smile on anyone's face. But only if you're right. I mean, I had one of my co-workers ask one of the customers when she was due for he rbaby and the lady ended up not being pregnant. My co-worker was so embarrassed and felt too bad to go back out and face her.

My daughter has anxiety and what causes it mostly is having to do presentations at school, so when she got through her last one successfully, I congratulated her. I also congratulated her sister for getting through her band concert. And I congratulated their brother for getting a good mark on his book report.

I used to be anxious about giving presentations at school too. I bet your daughter appreciated the fact that you congratulated her! Band concerts are hard. They used to make me nervous too. Good grades are always a good reason to congratulate someone.

Promotions are good reason to congratulate one. In this bad economy, it's really hard to obtain a job, let alone get promoted. I send you a belated congratulations as well!
