Has anyone used Eset Sysinspector?

I download it to check my computer if it was okay after i found an auto-run virus on there. The program flagged several windows files and program files as potentially unsafe. The files that it flagged didn't display a normal icon on there. What do you think, is the Sysinspector scan credible?

dont bother about them that is not correct method that uses the eset.you have to use usb disk security to avoid any virus attack by pen drive or already in ur system. so dont bother about that windows files showed in eset.that is not compulsory.the eset is not a correct antivirus it damages to our system files with out intimation. so use kaspersky or avg antivirus 9.0 ok have a nice day
