What happened to Earn.bz?

For several weeks now, earn.bz a paid to click site has been off-line. They said that they are upgrading their site and will be up soon. I'm a member of this ptc site and I am partly disappointed because I was about to cash-out when this happened. I hope that this is not one of those ptc sites that's going to scam each honest member out of their earnings.
