iphone help

Hi i don't know whether this is an iphone problem or not but i bought an iphone off ebay and its great people can text me thats fine but when people try to ring me they get a message saying it could not be possible to connect the call any ideas why that happens?

may the iphone inside components will not working or may damaged. You may consult the corresponding provider. But it is a risky factor.
You should decide befor buying or puchasing an item whether IT IS BRANDED OR NOT
AND
YOU SHOULD BE TAKE MORE VALUABLE DECISION BEFORE PUCHASING A PARTICULA PRODUCT,
dont choose randomly,
anyway we cant do for that,
you have to change it
and
go for newone.......
