what is meantt by JOB SATISFACTION

Hi Rameschow, Well for me it is looking forward to going to work as much as you would do a night out where every part of your life is enjoyable and rewarding and you don't just go to earn a living and the day drags and you feel unappreciated and wish there was more to life. We spend a lot of our time at work so for me job satisfaction is enjoying what I do whether it be cleaning, shop work, a high flying directorship or administration. Huggles Ellie :D

I think it is finding what you love doing and getting paid for doing it! To me job satisfaction means that my work doesn’t feel like work and at the end of each day I get a feeling a job well done for adequate rewards. I believe that so many people are not happy with their jobs and the ones that are pursuing what they love and acutally get to the stage of getting paid for doimg it are very fortunate individuals indeed.
