Do you find that multitasking is beneficial? Often times when I try to multitask I end up not being able to do anything right. Is it the same for you?

I can handle multitasking as long as the I don't have to drive, eat, talk on phone and wash dishes in the same time. I'm sure we are all limited by the number of hands and eyes so 2-3 task in the same time it's OK. But I do prefer to make thing one at a time, I don't think it's always time efficient to do multiple task in the same time.

for me,it really depends on what tasks you do..i only multitasking when doing maths. i eat, listen to k-pop music and doing the maths homework at the same time..if i don't do one of these 3,i would feel like something is missing..but,when doing complicated things,i really don't do multitasking..its will absolutely pressurize you..^^-

Hi TomoeJoy! Don't worry. You are not alone. I started the same way too. Perhaps you could start with what's simple and comfortable for you, something small maybe. Add when you are competent enough that's where you start to multi-task by adding one more!

In one of the seminars/trainings I have attended one of my teachers explained that we are not capable of multitasking. I forgot the reason but I remembered I agreed with her. As for me I don't do that. Its better to focus on one thing before going to another. That way you are sure that you will be able to accomplish something.

nah, i'm okay with multitasking, but it depends on the task. I can actually think and type posts here in mylot while watching something on tv. LoL. But of course I can only do two or three tasks efficiently and effectively at the same time. anything more than that is beyond my ability.
