noynoy aquino on the chief justice

this only proves that noynoy is just an ignorant to the constitution of his own country. Assuming that he would be elected as the new president and he will not recognize the chief justice appointed by GMA yet the chief justice is already recognized by all the justices. What will he do? this is just an immature act..

I am also wondering why would GMA would appoint a chief of justice where in fact her term is about to end? She could at least appoint an In-acting Chief of Justice for the time being until there will be a new president. I am guessing that there is a hidden agenda why she do that. I would better stop that hidden agenda.
