I love real maple syrup. There is nothing to compare it with. I love it on pancakes, waffles,ice-cream or just drink it from the bottle. Yes that is obsessive, but it is sooooooo good.

Sure do. You put butter and maple syrup on a shingle, and I'll call it a yummy breakfast.

Yes, I do! As long as it's real. You can buy it in most groceries store in the US but it is expensive, $4+ for a small bottle. You have to be careful though and read the ingredients because alot of sweeteners are called maple syrup but have little or no maple in them at all. They are mostly corn syrup and cellulose. I like it in my grits and oatmeal. It is a mainly North American thing. Native Americans used it as their main sweetener.

Maple syrup has such a wonderful taste to it. It as well tastes especially good on both pancakes, as well as french toast! An old relative that I used to go to visit when I was a kid used to always make home-made cinnamon rolls & then they would put maple syrup over top of them & then add nuts towards the end. It was very different I found, & I am not quite sure if I'd enjoy it as much now since I am much older.. But back then because of the sweet taste, & of course since every kid loves anything that is sweet.. I really looked forward to having those every time I went to visit this person.. It's funny what you remember as your mind drifts back to when you we're a kid.. I've always loved the smell of maple syrup. I know sometimes my other half will surprise me on weekends by making me breakfast in bed.. And the minute he walks in to our room with the plate full of pancakes with maple syrup on top.. It automatically wakes me up.. There's nothing better then being able to have the smell of maple syrup wake you up.. It would make anyone become hungry the minute they had woken up from a deep sleep.. haha.

Sure do. I used to say that if you put butter and maple syrup on a heated shingle, I'd eat it. Fortunately, I've never had to do that. Believe it or not,it is also good on vanilla ice cream. Sweet Tooth Frenzy!

I do, but not the artifical one. I love the real maple syrup. Even maple sugar. Use it in place of sugar, and it's great.
