Do you cry yourself to sleep (or cry while you're sleeping) at night?

I think I have cried myself to sleep before, but it usually happens once or twice a year. I cry while I sleep if there's a stress related issue going on. Other times, I just start crying before I get to sleep. So, have you cried while you've slept before? If so, then why?

I haven't really counted how many times I cry myself to sleep because it just happens when I'm upset or hurt about something. Things like an argument with my boyfriend or with my parents, stressful and hurtful events and stuff like that. I don't really sleep after crying so hard because I don't want anyone to notice my eyes in morning how swollen it is after crying hours before. :) That's about it. Happy mylotting

I've never heard that, but I speak and laugh at night while I'm sleeping, I've never seen a person crying
