A man in Connecticut in court facing larceny charges, broke into cars during a break in his hearing. After stealing a GPS unit then trying to sell it back to the owner he was caught. He was re-arrested. This was his 40th arrest. I wonder if he gets a gold watch for that.. maybe if one of the guards are wearing one....

40th arrest??
He doesn't seem like one who needs a release or term sentence. IMO, what he really need is a life term no parole needed. He's really used to the life inside that he could no longer want to adjust and adapt.
