A man in Connecticut in court facing larceny charges, broke into cars during a break in his hearing. After stealing a GPS unit then trying to sell it back to the owner he was caught. He was re-arrested. This was his 40th arrest. I wonder if he gets a gold watch for that.. maybe if one of the guards are wearing one.... you can read the whole story http://www.myfoxny.com/dpp/news/local_news/connecticut/suspect-at-courthouse-robbed-cars-20100610

laglen, 40th arrest?? He doesn't seem like one who needs a release or term sentence. IMO, what he really need is a life term no parole needed. He's really used to the life inside that he could no longer want to adjust and adapt.

laglen, "...cutting off an hand! "?? Gal! You are really dangerous indeed. You are definitely the most likely candidate Amnesty International would be eager to interview. Where are you from?
