Impulsive buying and SALES

I think I am an impulsive buyer because I tend to buy something that I want when I see it. Though I really weigh down if I need it or if I can pay for it and survive til the next payday. And I look for those items because I had a prior need for it that is not urgent.
Anyway, despite the impulsive buyer that I am, I can't get others who buy useless stuff that are on sale.
I was with the mall with my boyfriend last week and we passed through this "Bag Sale".
Naturally, there were a lot of people. I've actually bought a few bags from that sale
like a month ago.
Anyway, there was this new item that costs Php 5.00 (about USD 0.11). I saw a couple (husband and wife i think) looking at the item. I think it wasn't a bag, it looked weird, like the clothes of the Sto. NiƱo figurine. The husband was trying it on and the wife was holding it up.
I was like "What the hell is that crap and why will they buy it?" I told my boyfriend this and added that it's probably because it's just Php 5 and then they immediately thought of a "need" for the item and think they got a bargain out of it, when in fact, they just bought trash.
I mean, there were a lot of useful bags in there, I bought a 2 zip bags for the charging unit of my laptop and my sister's as well.

I am also an impulsive buyer! I seriously avoid going to the mall especially when I have extra cash because I tend to just buy non-sense things! Last time, I went to a mall near our place because I was about to go get my NBI clearance and then a lady approached me saying I need this and that, I don't know what got into my mind and I bought it! Sometimes I spend a lot of money on things I don't really need and are not suitable for me. This happens mostly for skin care products wherein I buy just whatever I see on the magazines or on television.

Me too! I really go bargain hunting! It's hard for me to buy something from the mall when I know I can buy something similar for much much less than its mall price.
Are you a Filipina too?I like going to divisoria for clothes and marikina for formal shoes, slippes and step-ins.
