I think more fruits and vegetables will be the exact answers! You know, there is a great deal of Vitamin C element in these two kinds of food and that makes our skins more visible white and looks younger.Forgive me,I am not quite knowledgeable in this area.I think the most point is not a particular kind of food to eat but a good and healthy diet habit to follow. So eating more fruits and vegetables is always the good answer to this question.

Eating really healthy fruits can make your skin look and feel younger.Others also say that if you have skin problems in your face you can apply lemon or lime, calamondin or calamansi, or honey. I love avocadoes and mangoes! I should eat more to get better looking skin. Baked potatoes? WOW, that is super great. I didn't know what it can do for your skin until now.
