Beading knots

I have been beading bracelets and what not with wire and making separate components,(my etsy store is on my profile if you want to see what I mean) but I have ideas for items I would like to make with elastic and was wonder what knots to use so that they do not come undone. Also not only what knots to use but where to learn how to make them as I really do not have much of a clue when it comes to these things.

That is a REAL good question.
I think you have to make multiple "surgeon's knots" (but don't pull too hard because you break the elastic) and then maybe a dab of hot glue or some other craft glue
I think its that - I've seen it also called something else, like a regular knot but twist the cord around twice both times - hard to explain...

like this only doing the multiple twist on the top part too

AHHHHH, I hate when it won't let me bring up links! I will try again later though to see if I can get it to work. Thanks though.
