When chatting online with live technical support on a particular website do you find yourself asking if this is a real live agent? Well I do sometimes ask because I've noticed that a lot of times when you click the live help button on certain websites its not a real agent its one of those annoying automated agents that keeps saying the same thing over, and over, obviously not answering your questions properly. so now I find myself asking the agent if there a real person just to make sure its not an automated agent because I want real answers not automated ones that dont match my questions. Live help but sometimes its not live. do you ask too?

I've only had one experience with an actual real live support person. I don't get what is so hard of leaving your chat in the background of your computer, so when someone needs help, you won't have to read the same message over and over again!

Hi and thanks for stopping in but I think you may have misunderstood this topic a little. I'm talking about how more and more websites are using those automated tech agents instead of a live person. meaning those computerized chat agents repeat themselves and dont answer the questions or solve the issue correctly, thats why I prefer a live chat representative online instead of those computerized ones.
