Is Onbux any relation with upbux ?

yesterday i've joined new ptc called onbux. the script is looking good, but it's remind me with upbux that've been gone. Is any relation between onbux and upbux ?

The script is NOT the same.
The owner is NOT the same.
The UpBux domains was only registered for 1 year, OnBux domain has full SSL protection and it's hosted till 2015.
