Special FEEDS or PELLETS for pregnant guinea pigs?..

Do you think feeding special feeds or pellets to pregnant guinea pigs like those they feed to pregnant hogs would improve the pregnancy of a guinea pig?..Will it make its babies more healthy as well as the mother?..
