Should there be wars

Do you think we should have wars.Wars result in mass destruction of life and propertry so many children become orphans and so many wives become widows.All this just to satisfy mans greed.Every country wastes a large percentage of their income on military and defence .If this money is used for some other constructive work our children would see a brighter future.Poverty can be eradicated.Thing about it

My dear friend, I beg to differ.. In most parts of the civilised world, a war is something that is opted to as a last resort, when no other alternative is left to consider..
Think about it. If war was a feasible option, wouldn't the US, which we consider the Superpower of the World go about terrorising and dominating the lesser powerful nations?
It is true that a big chunk of the nation's economy is spent on war. But it is out of necessity, rather than an alternative...
But as I sign off, I do agree- THERE SHOULD NOT BE WARS... As some wise guy has said: Make love, not wars..! ;-D

we all agree with the fact that wars bring lot of joy with it.Though it is unavoidable

NO WARS!!!!!!!
This must be our motto. THink about the two world wars... Did it bring any good thing rather than poverty??
Wars should not be encouraged....

If there had been peace for the last 50,000 years on earth this world be so over populated that people would have to stand on each others shoulders. War, whether we like it or, is a necessity on earth. While people are standing on each others shoulders there would not be room to cultivate the soil,there would be no fresh water to drink, and no room for toilets. We have to thank organized religions for making sure we fight several large wars each century to provide the Killing fields necessary to keep our world population at a sustainable level.

NO No and No. There shoul dbe no war, its not in favor of a single person. There are contries who want to rule the world and doing all these non-sense with other contries. As you said war money can be used for many other things, education, infrastructure are few to name. There are contries not able to manage daily food for their citizen but always ready to buy arms so that they are always ahead with their neighbours.
No War.

Yep, shouldn't be any of it. The only people who profit from it are the people who cause the wars.
