I'm myopic, wearing a pair of eyeglasses with number of degree 400. I became myopic in junior middle school, Grade 2, and half of my classmates wearing eyeglasses. In my senior middle school, nearly 100% of my classmates had trouble in their eyes. After I entered university, I also found a lot of students wearing eyeglasses. So I want to know, is there many person have trouble in their eyes and wearing eyeglasses around you? What's the proportion in your personal estimation?

hi qianyun6 oh I am the same way, Iam myopic and started wearing glasses in the fifth grade and have had to wear them ever since. Most of the retirees here at Gold Crest also wear glasses. I would say probably two thirds of t he people here wear some type of glasses maybe just a half but there are a lot like me that have worn glasses since childhood.

I don't wear eyeglasses since I don't have any problem with my eyes. In my office, I have 43 co worker and only 3 of us wear eyeglasses due to myopic. In my family, only 1 out of 5 suffered from myopic. Vegetables is good for our eyes. If we don't like vegetables, we will be easily got eyes problem. I eat vegetables twice daily, when having lunch and dinner. In my family, vegetables have to presented in our menu, especially for lunch and dinner. We reduce portion of meat and increase portion of vegetables. Moreover, light radiation from PC monitor contribute in eyes problems. TV light radiation, especially which use cathode ray tube (CRT). It's difficult to control kids from watching television. Perhaps, myopic case in my circumstance will be increase since I found many younger generation spent their time in front of television mostly.

Thanks to my father who made me have a good habit to protect my eyes that I didn't have myopic eyes before I went to the senior high school. But after that,I began to be myopic.I think that a lot of assignment the teachers arranged to us should be responsible for that. Now I am in the college and most of my classmates wear eyeglasses.Of course, there are some whose eyes are still so accute.
