it's humid outside... loses my weight (thanks) ..my wrist watch moistened (damn)

this week it is so humid.. during this period, almost everyone here prefer not to go outside and just sit infront of the computer or watch TV... and me i would play my guitar or the likes. but it seems this condition changed. my friend is persistent, he always come and knock my door to accompany him walk. walk wasn't the action word he uses actually, but he described it as "lets do sauna" that is sauna bath in likelihood... (to walk in the middle of humidity).. it is a great idea i just loss 8 pounds in 5 consecutive nights of briskly walking.... but damn, last night, i forgot to remove my 3 year old wrist watch and it was moistened up by that (sauna) bath! would you come join us walk??

hi kumar no thanks I do not think I care to walk in Sauna but oh i could stand to lose a lot of weight, but the humidity would get me as we usually have dry heat here in July August and September in California's sizzling sunshine but oh my if we get breezes coming from the ocean and its ninety eight in the shade and the humidity is almost raining I will try to find an air conditioned place to hide out. Nope love to watch you and your friend do the sauna walk but in cool shade. he he he,.

Drink plenty of water. Our body needs a lot of water so give in to water. Water is not just way to flush out toxin but if you have more water in your body you will generally feel healthier and fitter. This it self will discourage any tendency to gorge. The best thing about water is that is has no calories at all.

yes i am making sure that my body is hydrated.. they said that before taking any food when you wake up in the morning we should drink a glass of water.. i tried this and it has a good effect on me...
