Should I quit my job?

So I started working with this company who is running retail and cafe in the same shop. I applied to be a bartender, and so I got this job with quite good pay. Everything was fine for the first 2 months with work-mates and the boss. I never had problem completing my duty and it was such a very easy job for me, I was lucky to have the experienced on the same field in the past.....(except that I actually have to do the retail too.... so the job was very confusing, the other customer wanted to take their food order and the other one wanted you to explain about the product....Huckkk!!!)Since I started, I have been hearing my lady boss shouting at the other staff in the kitchen, and also the cashiers...The only staffs that she never scolded were the 3 supervisors. Which is the first one is spending her whole day time chatting with the boss and blaming other staffs. The second, she dislikes the boss so much and always talks back to her. The third one is coming 30 minutes to 1 hour late to work...or sometimes he doesn't come to work at all without notice or even calling at the same day. And we (the others and myself) as a juniors have to get all the scolding, and have to carry any mistakes on our shoulders. So after 2 months working with them, I started getting scolded for mistake I didn't do, I wasn't allowed to talk back whether I was right or wrong, I get shouted in front of customers, and I found myself doing tasks that are supposed to be done by others (The most painful to me is that they are all laughing chatting and eating behind the bar counter while I was struggling to deal with 5 new tables!) And when the boss appears, they would all (not all...sorry...especially the supervisors) start doing work, as if they had been really really busy. Oh, I also been sweeping and mopping the floor every morning (the whole area) since I'm working in a morning shift...and the boss can see it everyday because she also comes early to work. But when I got my payslip, it was still like last month...my point for cleaning the work area is still zero and I'm very very very sad. One of my supervisor doesn't do cleaning at all but when I accidently overlooked her payslip, she got 8 points (which means full)....this is why now I'm wondering if I should quit. I don't care about the point or how much the company paying me, but I really feel unappreciated at work, everytime I wake up in the morning, I will cry to my boyfriend and say I'm scared to go to work..help! any opinion?

if in your field it is simple to get another job, then yes, but if not, hang in there and find a new one, then quit.

Well I recently got an offer from the bar next door too, the boss happen to be our regular. But now, I'm really afraid and scared if the situation with new boss and new work-mates are going to be the same :( I never faced this kind of feeling before even though I had been working with 3 different company :(

If you are not happy working anymore then you should quit, you can still find a better job than than. I remember my sister who works in a fastfood chain before as part a service crew, she often told me that she is scared with the store manager because he scolded one of her co-employees in front of the customer and I find it really rude and unethical. So right away, I told her to stop her work because I still could pay her tuition. I don't want my sister to experienced such in the future because it will only decrease her confidence. I think you should find another job because it is not worth it.

By my opinion stop clean the whole area because you appointed as a bartender not as a cleaning worker. And if they say anything don't afraid of them. And do what a bartender do.And if they ask you for doing other job just say them to pay for the extra work also. And in the other hand start searching about the job that you are talking about.Talk to the other bartender there about the environment of the working area. And in the end Plz Don't afraid and be confidence in your self and don't get pushed by others.
