when you are the foreigner at work... do you fight for what's right?

yes. but with consideration of the situations. i use to fight for what's right. many times. i use to report a lot to my superior about what's wrong here and there, whose fault, who is at the correct side. but would you do this in a land where you are the foreigner. do you think your employer will vote for your side. would you consider to just shut up because the people around you will never let their countrymen befallen by an outsider? will you rather consider your safety as soon as you go out of your workplace where anything can happen to you if you insist of "harming" your colleagues at work?
