This question just popped in my mind.I am curious of how other people perceive death and at what age would they consider enough for them to have stayed in this life.I am only 28 years old, but i dont wan't to die at an old age.I don't want to wake up one day and realized that i am no longer capable of walking.

When I was younger I thought that 60yrs old was the oldest anyone should be. Now I am 55yrs old. I have cancer and other health issues which cause me much paid. I sit at home most of the time alone. I thank God every day that he allows me to live. I have 2 young grandchildren. They give me much love and hugs. I can't wait to have them over the weekend. As long as I do not become a burden to my love ones I would like to live as long as I can. If I did become a burden then I wish I could just go to sleep and never wake up.

To be honest, I'm not that keen on the idea but, like you,I dont want to have to rely on other people to care for me. As long as I can communicate and derive enjoyment from live, I'm not looking to give up on it - I still have far too many things that I want to do
