How often to you drink alcohol or cocktail drinks?

Do you like to drink alcohol? During weekends , my husband and I drink alcohol for relaxation and bonding with each other. I use not to drink it and just drink beer. But since he works with a liquour company, we always have something to drink at home. I am wondering, I think it is bad for my health. I think I will switch to white wine, as they claim, it is good for the heart.
