Egg Dishes

Hello varun and welcome to myLot. You ask about egg dishes. Well there what we call quiche which is a custard like egg pie with different vegetables in it then baked. Then there is the omlette which is eggs beaten until they are fluffy then put into a pan with a little oil. They are cooked until set with out stirring then some filling is added and sometime half is folded over to cover the other half. see the following site to see different ways different countries make omlettes http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Omelette Then there is boiled egg salad for sandwiches.

This is my favorite appetizer especially during lunch - Egg Drop Soup Prepare 3 eggs, slightly beaten, cubes of chicken broth (according to taste), 1 green onion with top, and a dash of salt. Heat chicken broth with salt to boiling water in a 2qrts sauce pan, stir chopped onion into eggs, then slowly pour the mixture into broth, stirring constantly until egg forms into shreds. Great for a family of 3. Wow, delicious.

take onion cut into small pieces,fry into deeply then add eggs into to taste you can add some chilly,pepper powder,and the fry it in a panso delicious easy one you can get it

Hi varun02121985! There are a lot of egg sites to visit for this sort of thing, since eggs are so delicious obviously. Myself I love a good hard boild egg or a deviled egg.
