What's your favorite part of the newspaper? Why?

I'd have to say y favorite part of the newspaper would just be the all the articles, starting from the front page. Here's what I usually do: I read the front cover story, and it always says, continued on page so-and-so. Then, I go to page so-and-so, and finish reading that part. I go back to the front, and read the side articles, and follow on to page so-and-so to finish the articles. I usually do that with all the way to the newspaper, until I finish. (But mostly this is when I've got extra time on my hands). Then, always in the Sunday paper, there are catalogs from JCPenneys, and all those other department stores. I really don't shop at department stores, but I go through the catalogs in the paper anyways, just to see the latest trends, and cool accessories, you know, just to give me an idea of what I can do to spice up an outfit, you know, ways to get creative with what I wear and what my kids wear.
So what is your favorite part of the newspaper? Do you tend to read all the articles, or only parts of them?

I like either the comics because I need a little comic relief in my life or the Op-ed pages. I like the Op-ed pages because it's a chance to read what my fellow citizens are saying about the issues of the day. The last section I like is the community calender, I like this because it tells me what is going on in my area. If I didn't check out the community calender regularly I would have missed some events to which I went and had fun.

basically page 3 and sports pages are more interesting than any other pages for me, i basically first go through the sports than page 3 and than come back to first page to read media hypes

when internet was not yet popular, and we still buy newspaper, i normally read the papers in a backwards order manner (sports - headline), as sports news are always inspiring and headlines are often times depressing.. (at least in my country)..not i barely hold a newspaper anymore..

My favorite section is the comic section where my favorite cartoon and jokes of the day is featured. I also like the food section, entertainment and the editorial section where I could read the latest events, new technology and all the new buzz in town. It make me updated with all the happening all over the world and in the local community.

I love sports so the sports section is my favorite part of the newspaper. Specially now that NBA finals is becoming more and more interesting. I also love the comics section. I really don't like reading the headlines. I'll just read first few paragraphs and then move on. I grew tired of the same news over and over again. Here in our country most of the headline is about our new president. Its all the same written in different dates.

i like the opinion and joke section..
in opinion we can know how others give their opinion about something especially current issue..it also can open our mind to have the nore informaion..
and i like joke section because it provide good joke that can entertain me and make me laugh..

For me the newspaper starts with the last page i.e. the sports pages. I spend the maximum amount of my time reading the newspaper on the last page which is the sports page. Then I turn over to the economic news and finally to the headlines. These days in the Indian papers most of the first page headlines are either sensationalized news or news about some disaster, so I am hardly interested in reading such gloomy news at the start of the day!!

i like the crossword part. whenever i miss the paper in the morning, i make sure i look for it the next day. i normally answer it whenever i'm bored honestly. sometimes i jump right into it without reading the rest of the news.
and i will stop answering it if i get to complete a whole crossword.

I usually start reading the sports section of the news paper then the editorial. I like sports that's why I am really excited to cover it up after getting the day's issue. Of course, editorial is the voice of the whole publication so it's really interesting to read.

i only read the lifestyle part of the newspaper because i want to be updated with all the social events happening in our country and i want to see the latest trends in our fashion industry. i love to see people in the newspaper because it want me to read more unlike the other parts of the newspaper it bores me a lot.

my fave is comics.. does it count?... haha.. if not then probably its lifestyle... i love checking out new fashion trends..
i read opinion sometimes... or anything that catches my attention....

I read only parts of the newspaper. i like the crosswords, because i like the challenge :)
