Customer Care, Do they really care for you?

Customer Care - Do they really Care?

I forgot one thing before flying to US for 3 months and still working on that mistake after 2 months of my stay. I should have placed a temporary suspension request for my cell number so that I can still continue with the same number as that number is in use from last 4 years. After coming here in Chicago I realized the mistake and wrote email to Vodafone customer care in this regard. I get an automated response within a minute of my email sent to them but the actual response comes after 2 days. Above that they will just read the first line of the problem and reply back “we would be happy to help you further”. They are not reading complete email and replying in hurry. Till now I have replied to them 20 times and still the issue is at the same state. I am tired of writing emails to Vodafone care for my temporary suspension and may be by the time they resolve the issue I will be back in India. Do you guys have some experience similar to this or your problems are solved very fast?

Hi arnooba: I think it's very uncomfortable, for us as users to have to send these tickets. In my case I try my best not to have to ask the support service anything because I know I'll have to wait for a while until they fix it. Thanks for your answer. Have a nice day. ALVARO

I don't know much about the vodafone service, especially it is in India. Here in the U.S. the service might not be good either. So, you have to really talk to the big guy who can make good decision to help the customers.

Hi Ajay Singh Baghel: I have a problem with Amazon some months ago, because there was a problem in my account and I couldn't redeem my Gift Card because of that. I've sent many emails and at the beginning they just told me that I have to wait until they fix the problem. Nothing happened for more than a week. But I insist and they finally fix the problem. This was really annoying. Thanks for asking us this question. Have a nice day. ALVARO.
