Your Favorite Movies of all Time

I see a lot of movies and recently I was asked what my favorites are. I can't seem to have a particular one but top one my list are: Catch me if you can: I think Frank Abagnale's Character is what made the film what it is. I've seen the movie a lot of times but I never get tired. Crash: The film starred a couple of fine actors-Don Cheadle, Brendan Fraser, Terrence Howard and Sandra Bullock. I love how all the troubled characters were later healed and the little tragedy added. Lord of the Rings: I just love it! Lion King: Perhaps the best and most popular animation film ever made. Freedom Writers: based on a true story but still interesting to watch. 7 pounds: Will Smith's role just confirms my belief that he's not just a versatile actor but one of the best. Others include Traitor, Shrek, Blade Trilogy and a host of others

My top favorites are Dogma, Independence Day and The Lake House. Dogma is by Kevin Smith who is sort of a cult favorite writer/director. Ben Affleck and Matt Damon star in it and it is just great comedic fun. Independence Day is just fun to watch. I love Will Smith. He is one of my favorite actors. If either Dogma or Independence Day is on the TV when I am flipping channels, I will automatically stop and watch it. No matter how early or late it is in the movie. I will watch it to the end. And The Lake House is a sweet love story. Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves star in it. My favorite part is when they take a walk "together". Sandra Bullock is my favorite female actress. She's spectacular...and I have always thought so. Years and years before this junk with her soon-to-be ex-hubby ever happened.

I quite agree with you. Sandra is a good actress. There's this thing about her that I cant seem to place.I feel sorry for her about her husband- and what's it with him? He's now blaiming his infidelity on some bogus abuse he was subject to while he was still a kid( even if it was true, why bring it up now). It's one thing to be unfaithful and another thing to start blaming everything and everyone but yourself. I only hope the whole episode won't affect her. Hope she bounces back like the others before her- guess they always do

Ugh! He is ridiculous. Nevermind that he doesn't want to take the blame for his own actions. That is bad enough. And, not that infidelity is ever acceptable but, if you are going to be a dog and cheat on your wife, why pick a disgusting pig like the girl he chose? Sandra is beautiful and full of class. "Bombshell" is really ugly. I mean, I know looks aren't everything but, really? Her? She goes to sleep with Sandra at night. He wakes up with her in the morning. I am a straight woman but, dang...even I can appreciate Sandra's beauty. And, he left that bed to be with "Bombshell". I can't help but wonder if he went blind temporarily.

I like a lot of movies but I especially like futuristic or apocalyptic movies. Movies based on things that could actually happen or have happened. Some of my fav movies of all time are: Day After Tomorrow, 2012, Gattaca, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Echelon, Angles Vs Demons, National Treasure. Anything with a little truth behind it or history is interesting. Makes the movie more meaningful.
