Miroslav Klose moves to 11 goals with his goal in Germany's opener. If he scores another 4 goals he becomes the all time top scorer in the World Cups. Will he make it to the top of the bunch. Currently it is Brazil's Ronaldo on top with 15 goals.
What do you say?
Cheers!

I don't think he will but he will score another goal or 2 this world cup, thats for sure. Look at his record in opening games of the world cup, always seems to score. This world cup we will see less big scoring games as the weaker teams are no long push overs but fight till the end. I think the 4-0 against Australia will be the highest scoring game of the tournament.

But before the game, Aussies were supposed to give a real test to the Germans, but the Germans really took them apart and could have had 6-7 goals on the night. I think there will be more big scoring ones, though whether it would be more than 4-0 will have be seen.
Cheers!

They were playing with 10 men for a lot of the game, keep that in mind. I hope they appeal Cahill's red card as there is no way his tackle deserved a straight red! Also the German team has so many players that can score, for 1 player to stand out and dominate like the good old days I feel won't happen. You are so right about there being a chance for more goals, they were lucky not to go down 6-0.

Germany have impressed me the most so far, but there are many great teams like France, Spain, Brasil, Argentina, Italy, so it will be exciting!!

surely he have a great oppurtunity for that.
He is a good striker,4 goals is not a big task.there are many matches left.
so hope he will create history.

Well, the German team looked to be in great form last night, so Klose may well score more goals over the rest of the World Cup. I hope Wayne Rooney gets some though, as I am from England and support the English team, of course!

Yes, he will. He was close to scoring against the USA and hopefully he will score on Friday.

I think that if Germany continue to play as well as they did against Astralia then he will get some more goals in this world cup. I suppose we will have to wait and see.

I wasn't expecting too much of Germany before the World Cup, but after this first game i believe they will go far and Klose can catch that number of 15 goals, but he lost some goals the last game, that is not something he can keep doing because he might will not have so many chances to score when the World Cup start the final phase.

Hi ram the kind of form shown by Germany last night makes me believe that they can go all the way and therefore undoubtdly Klose will get enough chance to surpass the world record. However there are a few flaws in this German side and it requires a quality team to eploit those.Australia is certainly no match for the Germans.Klose is a regular in this team and if he can keep himself free from injuries then definitely hye will get the chance to be the all time highest scorer in the World Cup.

Hi ram the brand of soccer that the Germans played if they can continue with that then there is no reason why Klose can't be the leading top scorer. He will get plenty of chances to surpass the record. In fact the brand of soccer displayed by germany is the best football so far in this World Cup and if they can continue with this form then I think that they will be the champions. However there are afew flaws in the German game but it requires a high quality team to utilise those flaws and certainly Australia is no match for the Germans.
