does sweepsstake pays?

yesterday i found a survey site named sweepsstake that says it pays instant. what dose it mean instant. does it mean that it will pay direccty to paypal or members account balance. if it is paying then whats minimum payout and how long will it take.
can you explain on it and how much you put effort on it and what have you earned.

well i havent used that kind of websites because the odds or the prize is too low. But if i find one that is good ill tell it here.

Yes they really pay. I can say that because my dad keeps on buying ticket from them and once my dad will win he can get it. But my dad is not hitting the jackpot yet. Once you have your own ticket and it its crumpled you can claim your prize if you won.
