I think this new speech is going to be a perfect time for me and some friends to play "Barack Bingo".

Of course he will... that has been his plan all along.

When you consider that his whole strategy is based on never letting a crisis go to waste, he cannot help but to try and further his agenda by taking advantage of public anger.
Considering that 0bama bears the brunt of the responsibility for this disaster, I find this to be completely hypocritical of him... which basically translates to democrat politics as usual.

I am fighting pretty hard not to give in to the temptation to simply respond with "duh". Of course he is. Obama is all about big things and big agenda. He will use every opportunity to push these things whether we want them or not.

I fully expect him to bash BP and Big Oil and push for more government control. Forget the fact that some in his administration said the MMS was corrupt and in bed with the oil co. Forget what the people want or what the law says I will do what I want and too bad if it cost my party member their elected jobs.

hahahaha
really?
Is this rhetorical?
Of course he will!
Never let a serious crisis go to waste! Wise words of my buddy Rahm!
