Help Cashout?

I already got 15 euro in prize dot com and already have my deposit there 5 euro and last 2 day I make cash out the 15 euro and they request my identification for first cashout to process my cashout.I already upload my ID and until now I don't have receive my cashout. Does anyone here experience this thing and how can resolve thie?

Hmm... I haven't really experienced anything like this. I usually go with sites that are willing to pay through paypal. I hope it isn't a scam you are in. Anyway, good luck darkdeivu. Hope everything turns out well.
