I am not understand what happen to my laptop.. when I turn on my laptop and connect to internet suddenly in the same time I can not move the cursor at all and my laptop is getting hang .. what should i do??? please help me??
i think your lap would have got some problem with the touch pads , if you are in the garendy period it is best to take the service from the company .....
Do you have an external mouse like me? It struck up sometimes as you have told but the touch pad will not let me down. So, I think there may be some problem with the sensor of your laptop and so give it to a service engineer.
