Please tell me.. if there's a way to make free calls from PC to mobile/land phones to any part of the country... I am from Sri Lanka... Please tell me If there's any site with which I can make free calls...

Well, I've heard that Skype has a similar option. But first you still have to pay a certain amount of money, then you will be able to make calls to landline phones from your PC for free. I am still not sure whether this service is available in your are or not, you should check it out.
