A way to move installed apps & themes on nokia n95 memory card to phone?

thing is I just bought a bigger memory card and I wouldn't like to re-install some of the important apps I use daily and my problem is that I have all of them installed on my memory card, so is it possible that i'd somehow move them to my phone memory without reinstalling them either through the phone or pc suite?

You can actually backup all the data you have on your memory card by just making a backup using your pc suite and later can restore it on your new memory card. But make sure to check all the boxes for a complete backup and do include user data option.
There is also an alternate method of doing it. Although this method will also work with your mobile and its cable but doing it with a memory card reader will be more accurate and reliable.
Just connect your mobile in data storage or mass storage mode using your mobile or card reader and just copy all the contents of it anywhere you see fit. Then insert your new card in your mobile or do the same with card reader and just copy all the content you copied on your computer from the old card to the new card. Then disconnect your mobile or card reader and just insert the memory card in you mobile.
And now just restart your mobile and let the installer to install all the applications and all other stuff.

thank you very much for such fast and detailed answer. Before I try it, I have a question. I don't have a card reader, but I do have a usb and pc suite, so can I still do a backup? I meant by having card inserted in my cell and selecting backup in nokia pc suite and choosing a folder on my pc where to put my back up, is that correct and can I do it like that?
also, if I can do that with my usb, when I'll have all my stuff copied, do I just select all folders then from backup folder and paste it into memory card folder in my computer or how do i do it?

Ya, you can do it using pc suite and your mobile with usb cable.
And if you are going with the alternate method then you should make sure that you also copy the hidden folders present on the memory card. I think you can do that!
But I would also suggest to make a backup before trying the alternate method just in case if you miss something!

okay thank you very much. I'll try that. And about hidden folders, do I just go into folder and search for folders which are a bit faded color and copy them manually into my new cards folder?
