Can someone clearly explain to me what renting referrals means in PTC sites? (I am just new at the PTC sites and I don't see how they work.) Help

They work for you , and you earn money from your referrals , + you can earn fast money if you rent alot of them , but be careful with the Scam sites!! ps U can check my profile for good sites that pay u ( no scam =) ) Have a Good DAy my friend!!
