This is what our esteemed President was talking about in Tuesdays speech. A 74 page study which led to MORE taxes.
“There’ll be some people who will want to demagogue that politically, but that’s less than $1 a day,” Lieberman told reporters. “Is the American household willing to pay less than $1 so we don’t have to buy oil from foreign countries, so we can create millions of new jobs, so we can clean up our environment? I think the answer is going to be yes.”

I think that answer may be no. They also do not take into account the taxes placed on businesses, specifically your energy companies, will pass on to tax payers. How about the rise in gas prices?
Are you willing to shell out yet MORE money. Do you really think this is the way to go? Senate Republicans feel that we should be focused on stopping the oil spill and cleaning it up. I have to agree with them. What is your opinion?

I'm not willing to shell out anything for a "climate change" bill. Now go back to the drawing board and find us an energy plan that weens us off foreign oil/energy products/sources and then come back and talk to me. Saving a billion dollars a day by not buying foreign oil should be the goal. I think I should go fishing with the other guys...

A. He is not my "esteemed" president or president at all.
B. I had thought better of Leiberman than to hang with Kerry and add to our financial woes.
C. God only asks 10%, as first fruit/ tithes/ offerings return on what HE gives us in the first place.
D. These tyrants will bleed us till ALL of our money goes to them
Talk of "workin' for the man".
NO MORE TAXES. We are TAXED enough already - in EVERY sense of the word.

Hope all is well with the fires!
