No, because I have a hard enough time remembering what I did a couple of days ago. I'm hoping that what I did at this time last year was something good!

Hi Supergrandma, It must be good my friend because if not you will surely remember it. even not the exact date but at least the month will made you recall an activity or incident. i am happy that even if you can't remember any thing about it i know it was a fine day for you. Cheers!

hmmm. Last during this time, I was still looking for a job. I was frustrated at that time cause I was looking for a job for 2 months and there was nothing for me. Today is June 17 and I was hired in my company 5 days after June 17 last year. I am already working here for a year already and I am still working here as on probation. I dont even have benefits. If I quit, I dont even have a back pay.

HI p3ks626: Well I wish you luck in your work. At least you are not looking for a job anymore, don't you think? Life is hard sometimes, so I think it's great that you could work even if you are on probation (by the way it seems unfair that you are still on probation, this should be illegal). Thanks for your answer. Have a nice day and hope this year will be better for you. ALVARO

You're exactly right! A year can fly by, but it's also crazy to think of what you were doing a year ago this second. This discussion hits home for me because in a couple of weeks, it'll be my husband and my one-year anniversary! I can't believe how fast our first year of marriage went! It's kind of funny that you would post this discussion because I was just now finally uploading our wedding pictures onto Facebook. I think everyone who views the album will be confused because our wedding was a while ago. Better late than never, though! Thanks for reminding me of the wonderful day I had a year ago when I married my hubby! Have a great day, my friend.

My husband and I love to look back on the previous year at what we were doing. We see how much we've grown (especially together) and what we have accomplished; even if we had set backs.

Sometimes I do think about last year. For example, when I am at the sea I remember what was like last year - the good and the bad, everything. I challenge myself to have a better time now, but it does not always happen, unfortunately.

Last year I am four lbs lighter. Due to my enthusiasm to participate always in mylot, do blogs and other online jobs, I now gained four lbs today than this time last year.

Somewhere around this time last year I was worrying about my future. It was quite a depressing time for me. The job I am working in was coming to a deadlock, partly due to the lower pay and an uninteresting job scope. Then there were the bills and the debts to settle. At the same time I was not in the best of health. I wanted to give up entirely but that would mean that the problems would keep coming. I sought for advice from seniors and they encourage me to challenge my situation and not lose hope. I took up the courage and told myself to brave on. At this time, my company has increased my pay and most of the debts were settled. I'm glad I persisted on until now. It gives me the courage to face the future.

Well, I am glad I weigh a bit less than last year, I had hoped to weigh even less than I do, but 45 lbs is nothing to sneeze at. I continue to hope that I will still be doing what I'm doing next year, that means my mom is still alive...

Yes, I do tend to think what I was doing last year sometimes. We have just been in our new home a year and one month, so we were defintely here last year sorting out the garden that needed a lot of pruning and weeding doing to it. No, I don't think I would want to turn the clock back and do things all over again. Although I suffered and heart attack and much pain, I would do it all again, because those experiences are experiences that have made me the person I am today. Some may say this is masochistic, but I look at life in a different way to most people. _Derek

Yes, jugs -- I often think about things I "usetocould" do. Usually I go back 5-10 years ago when I could take power walks. Now I walk using a walker. While writing this response I just realized that I don't give myself credit for things I do better now than last year. I'm not sure since I haven't asked anyone, but I think my "people" skills have improved.

My birthday is in this month, so I really do find msyelf thinking back to what I was doing this time last year, what my life was like, how it is different now. For the past several years it has been the same, except this year I'm a mommy! I find myself thinking FORWARD instead of backward.

Hi Jugs, Good that i still have my 2009 planner with me. I can't anymore remember what's the exact event or activities i was in then, but my planner saved me. On the 18th of June 2009, I was tasked to consolidate a report about those who availed of our free ligation and made a report. I too prepared a presentation for our Strategic Plaaning Workshop for the Family Planning Program. So, my day was full of pen pushing, neuron sqeezing and report writing!

All the people want to get their childhood back. There are so many things that you weren't able to do and now u want to fix the mistakes but it's too, too late. In your child years you are thinking about how to get older to be able to do more things and your childhood and in a bit you already are older, u got a family and a lot of problems. Then you remember for your earlier years and you wonder when the time flew.

Wish we could do so, but I’m sure you’ll find ways of staying fit and doing the things you enjoy with your kids. Personally, health-wise I’m OK but yes, I do think of this time last year and I don’t want it to come back ever…we were going thru our worst times …hubby’s job was almost gone, FIL was in hospital with a dislocated knee, MIL was not keeping well due to worrying, my own office was going thru a very bad patch…only silver lining being my son who was OK and happy and brought much needed cheer to us all.

Last year at this time I was doing the same thing getting ready to go to a family reunion. Getting grand dqaughter redy too with new summer clothes altho she might not be able to wear them as it is colder up there than here. Early mornings to be in the high 40s but warming up during the day so will have to have differnt set of clothes as the day goes on . Not in pain and feel great and I am so thankful for that

This time last year I was probably sitting here doing what I’m doing right now! It has not been too eventful from then to now so there is nothing exciting to tell. At this time two years ago we were all very worried about my mother in law who had been diagnosed with cancer; she passed away November 2008. This year has been dull but at least there have not been any bad news and for that I am grateful!

Hi jugs jugs: Last year I don't have much time because I was working hard on my collegue. I was doing some stages and this represents to me a lot of time. I suffered a lot of stress from my university work but at the same time I look thiner and that's the bad part of t5his. Thanks for asking us this question. Have a nice day. ALVARO.

First off, I wish you good health :). Interesting question. Sometimes, I also have the habit of thinking of the things I was doing on the same day for a particular year. This time last year, I was busy juggling overseeing several projects that are on going development all at the same time, while addressing the attrition in the team. Your question prompted me to go back to my emails this day last year and I was surprised that I had 100 email correspondences only for that day. Whew. Last year was the busiest time in my entire career.
