The biggest weight I've lost is 30 pounds in 6 months. I can't guarantee you that my weight loss plan will also work for you so I'm not recommending any weight loss methods. Some methods could work for others but not for you, or it could work for you but not for others. The truth is, there are a lot of effective ways to lose weight - you just have to find which one is the right one for you. You could combine diet and exercise to best succeed in losing weight; but if it's not efficient for you, you could choose only diet, or choose only exercise (The combination of diet and exercise though is the fastest way to lose weight). In the end it's up to you - You have a choice which method you will ultimately try. My advice though is to pick a weight loss plan that is best customized to your personal condition and needs. Choose a weight loss plan that will not compromise your health (For example, some exercises could be too strenuous for you and could endanger your health). Also choose a weight loss plan that will not set a limit to your enjoyment (For example, some diets could make you feel too deprived). Thus, the best weight loss method is the safest, healthiest, and most enjoyable one for you.. My last word is: any method you try will not work if you don't have the right determination and motivation. If you have enough determination and motivation, then you're sure to stick with your weight loss plan and succeed in the long run.. Best of luck! :)

From what i've heard and seen, the best results are through careful diet and exercise. It's usually best to get someone with a professional background to help you out. I would suggest speaking with your doctor in order to make sure you've not got any existing medical conditions which would put you under too much strain when dieting etc. Otherwise it's good fun and you'll feel and see the difference almost immidiately! Oh and also, you should go to the doctor to check that you actually need to slim down etc. He/She will be able to give you a good indication of how much/little you should loose if at all! We've gotten to a point when young people are talking about diets and weight constantly. We're a generation obsessed with weight. Just be careful with what you do to your body. Bit of weight is harmless. :)
