This may sound silly. But sometimes you feel very satisfied after a certain meal. You know it's not because of the food or your mood, where you eat and who you eat with. Me? It has to be using chopsticks for my noodles. My fingers would be great for rice. What about You?

The taste of food always takes second place after the person I am with. But I must have somebody to eat with, I really don't like dining alone.

Hi bluemoonpavilion! So taste and food would be second for you. Would that make you slimmer and healthier?

I feel really satisfied when I eat my favorite food, such as rice and sardines dipped in tomato sauce or pancit canton (noodles) or corned beef, but somehow, I find it really hard to stop eating when my favorite food is on the table. I just might not taste ever again! :( Oh man, this discussion makes me feel so hungry!

Hi breisa! I see no reason why would not be satisfied. Your rice and sardines dipped in tomato sauce or pancit canton (noodles) or corned beef really make me hungry. Thanks for sharing!

pomegranates - http://extremejourney.wordpress.com/2007/11/29/hidden-meaning-of-pomegranates/
Hi babyretzel! I certainly agree and can relate that with you. See if that matches what I have in my mind right now. I just happen to remember. A few weeks ago a friend of mine had asked for a help to look for ripe pomegranates as he couldn't find any, not even the supermarkets. True enough I had a hard time finding them. Finally I found them in a small stall right at the far corner of the wet market near my house. Only a few left, very expensive though but glad to have found.

for me, mood is very important. Good mood lead to have good appetite. Than good enviroment and the person you diet are also the affecting factors.

Yeah there can be times where I have really enjoyed what I have eaten. I find it fun to eat with chopsticks sometimes haha. $-MrDollars-$

It may be just psychological though. But I feel satisfied eating noodles with chopsticks which I don't think I would have as much eating them with forks.

Yup. I have tried this feeling. After eating some good food, I feel satisfied specially when you get what you paid for.
