Hatred is like an envy feelings and worst thing it could ruin relationship that once broken could never be repair. The best thing to do is keep your anger inside and from there talk to yourself and start deleting it day by day.

Keeping hatred and anger against others is being bitter and selfish. Getting angry for petty reasons will not do good to you because it can make you sick emotionally and psychologically. Did you notice that everytime you get angry or there is hatred in you, your conscience is not at peace? With that fact alone, you will feel ill. So don't allow that to happen again. What you can do? Do not be selfish and self-centered. Be open-minded and mature to accept things. Never get jealous for no reasons. Changing yourself is not that easy, but if you are determined to become a better person then that would be a good start. If you feel like getting angry, take a 3 deep breaths and tell yourself to calm. Perhaps, meditation and doing yoga will help you to take away bad moods. Explore and start a conversation with others. There are other ways. Do not think to much. Don't feel insecure. Best of all, pray.

Hatred brings about bitterness in your life. It is not a healthy emotion to feel. It can cause you pain as well as be inflicted on others. Nothing good can come from hatred. Resentment and regret are often partnered with hatred. Kife is too short and precious to us all . Try to avoid having any hatred in your life. Its absence will be a blessing to you.

hi edlene maybe your a jealous type of person? right? if you continue this kind of attitude it can create conflict in people around you. Just discipline your attitude towards this don't let jealousy come you up in your emotion let understand the facts that you are not the only one who love and being love by anybody.
