Don't you miss receiving allowance from your parents?

My officemate complained to me about her daughter who is in highschool. She said since the start of vacation she spent her time with her friends which was ok with her but the problem is that she spends a lot. It made me reminisce of the days when I was still receiving allowance from my parents. haaayy.... how i miss those days.

aha well she is lucky that she gets money im in high school now and i don't get anything :P. though i do have a job s its okay. how much does your daughters friend get?

She says she gives her AED200 every week (2,500 pesos in Philippine currency)

It has been a month since I stop receiving allowance from my parents. Still jobless and I'm totally broke! I miss those days when I go out with my friends. hehehe. :D

This if that were good times, but my great challenge now is to try to make good money and be able to help my parents for everything what they have drunk to me to my in my previous stages.
