upgrading to a apremium member of ptc sites are really helping us to earn more?

hello friends here in mylot!... i am just so confused cos i am new in ptc working sites and everytime i open my account the site always ask me to upgrade to be a premium member to earn more.. is this really true? and if this is really true can i use my earnings in that site to upgrade my membership? please help me...
