How do you manage your emotion/temper?

            There's always somtimes bad moods can occupy our heart.
And when bad mood comes, it make us do thing not so effective,
at this time , how do yhou manage your emotion & how to deal with it?

                    I will remind myself of the strong emotion that I am going through and then I will take deep breaths, for deep breaths will bring the bad emotion away and bring in fresh energy. And this method helps me a lot. And how do you deal with your emotion?

                    Yoga can control the anxiety and temper, what ever the mood, it can balance.

                    It depends on what's making me angry. If my husband is making me angry, I keep quiet and contain everything in there until I burst into so much anger and the results are not actually good. There are also times when my workplace makes me angry that I just talk and talk about it and talk about their weaknesses and how much our boss needs improvement in management.
