How do you manage your emotion/temper?

There's always somtimes bad moods can occupy our heart. And when bad mood comes, it make us do thing not so effective, at this time , how do yhou manage your emotion & how to deal with it?

I will remind myself of the strong emotion that I am going through and then I will take deep breaths, for deep breaths will bring the bad emotion away and bring in fresh energy. And this method helps me a lot. And how do you deal with your emotion?

I take deep breath when iam upset, and i listen to some sad music and sound loud out~

Yoga can control the anxiety and temper, what ever the mood, it can balance.

It depends on what's making me angry. If my husband is making me angry, I keep quiet and contain everything in there until I burst into so much anger and the results are not actually good. There are also times when my workplace makes me angry that I just talk and talk about it and talk about their weaknesses and how much our boss needs improvement in management.
