Do You Know a Cure for Heat Rash

I am living close to Hong Kong.It is horrabley hot and humid here.Every year I get completly covered in heat rash,
Does anyone know a natural cure for hear rash?

My mum always used to make a paste with baking powder and water, that spread on the rash is lovely and cooling - but you don't look so beautiful
Aloe Vera is also very good.
If you are going for medications you will need hydrocortisone cream or calamine lotion, again the calamine lotion can look a bit weird!!

I use calimine lotion.
I never thought of good ol aloe vera .Good one
