Is that problem really bother's you? Well worry not coz it couldnt harm your pc. Just what other said, just set properly your bios boot priority and make harddrive be the first boot to remove that black screen boot error. Its so easy,no need technicians help.

thanks for your opinion. i am actually quite annoyed with this problem because i'm afraid i'll lose important data. tes, your right. with a set in the BIOS we can find a solution . i can do this yourself without the help of technicians.

first of all you need to go in your BIOS settings and change your boot priority to your primary hard drive. because the settings have been changed and due to this .. your computer cant boot properly.. try this and let me know

Maybe your boot priority is set to cd-rom or floppy disk, etc.. Set it to your hard disk drive, or maybe the cable from the hard disk to your motherboard is unplugged, and other thing is if you are using two hard disk check if the jumper is in the right place, your primary hard disk jumper where your operating system is installed must be set in Master and your secondary hard disk jumper is in Slave. That's it..

i've checked the BIOS. master and slave position has not changed and i did not replace. the hard-disk remain in the master. slave remains in the position cd-rom. on this issue, i usually fix the cables are not tight. but, this does not work
