I have a rooster and a dog. I too shop for them. The rooster ofcourse is satisfied with different type of grains. But Preiti my dog, she has a good diet. I get pedigree for her and chicken which is pressure cooked and served with rice. She has milk too although she is almost 3 years. My garden is so designed that it attracts countless birds. I have installed a birdbath and that with several fruit trees countless birds get attracted to my garden. One of my hobbies is photography and I have enough subjects to take pictures of. I have created movie clips and have uploaded them on youtube.

Hi Oldchem, My shopping list is abit like that too, although not for wildlife as my garden is weird and no wildlifecan get into the section that I can get to but I have a section 30ft high at the back that I have left to just go wild, to be quite honest don't even know how to access it up there so there are plenty of berries from the trees and bushes up there for the birds. My shopping list yesterday though, included carrots for the rabbits, apples for the guinea pigs, and also normal rabbit foodand cat food. I don't want to encourage birds in the lower section of the garden because of my cats, but m,y neighbour hangs foodout for them. Huggles. Ellie :D

I have to say I don't feed the wild life in my yard. I saw a bunny just this morning and he looked at though he had the meal thing under control. I don't spend extra money for them. Sometimes the birds will get the old bread or something. But I don't buy extra. Now the stray cats, well my neighbors probably hate me. But again I don't buy extra for them either. I have cats of my own. I feed the cats so I can befriend them and take them to the local pound. Otherwise, they tear of the trash like the raccoons. I have to admit though my most lovable kitty was a stray so it was a benefit in that case.

Love it though
