Every day I get this message - Twitter is over capacity

When I hit Twitter site and try to login this has become every day message display on Twitter Site – “Twitter is over capacity - Please wait a moment and try again.” It’s ok for once or twice but I am annoyed reading this message everyday at least for once or twice. They should limit users from creating new account if cannot support numbers. This will not disappoint users like me. I understand that Twitter is very popular and lot of new joining everyday and that should be taken care by the Twitter. They must be aware of the capacity of the site for concurrent login and should work on this issue. Are you there on Twitter? Did you get this message?
