None of your list have the ability to initiate a World War, they can only be victims.
The only one country who dare and has the ability to start the world war is the U.S.. All the wars without the U.S. participation can't be called a World War. Compared with any other country, the U.S. has the overwhelming power, its military expenditure is more than the summation of the next nine countries.
Half of the total military in world force didn't participate the war, can it be called world war?

Ganesh, ... are you an agent of the FBI or the CIA? ... YOU seem to be really very carried away by the false-information that USA is sending out. that it is fighting TERROR. please search online, for information about WTC attack, and you will be surprised to learn that, one cannot pull down the 110 floor twin-tower, just by hitting with such flight attacks. If you read about the critical point, of STEEL, where it melts, and the maximum amount of heat generated by AIRLINE FUEL,... you will understand that WTC .. has more to it, than we all know of.

Now coming to discussion I m not an agent of FBI or CIA first of all but as a human being I can not support such act of terror all know how many innocent lives went away .....
I never come across such fact so I cant comment on it

As you can understand from the comments I added to the above responses, I strongly believe that the war has already started, by United States of America.. not its bonafide citizens, but, their government.. the foolish and corrupt POLITICIANS.. be it democrats, or republics.. or anyone ...
the war is not acknowledged by other countries, save, North Korea, Cuba ... etc.

I think it's a toss up between Iran and North Korea. The leaders of these two countries care nothing about the opinions of the rest of the world. They also don't seem to care about their own people.

Iran with their crazy president, and nut job religious leaders that will do anything to gain world power, even at the cost of their own citizens lives.
North Korea with their ridiculous "Glorious Leader" who throws tantrums with badly engineered missiles, every time someone makes fun of his goofy haircut.

well i disagree with the post above because from my point of view having world war means two side having nearly equal strenght going for it. And in the present, the us has only invaded pushover countries. I think if they initiate an attack with a suitable army like iran or somewhere else then i think that will i call a world war 3.
