would it be ok to get a seamstress?

hello, i am planning to study fashion design as i desire to put up a fashion business of my own. . but would it be ok to get a seamstress other than myself? would that make sense? and i am from the Philippines, would anyone know of a place where i can hire a VERY GOOD seamstress? thank you ^^

If you are too busy to do your orders then you can hire a seamstress.You can go to the labor market,or use all your relatives or friends to help you to find,maybe a friend's mom&aunt can fit the work.Wish you have a good business bomii!
